Overview
Niki had been running on a DIY site since 2021 while her business grew well past it. She was looking to revamp her online presence to attract better-fit clientele, and land bigger projects with bigger opportunities.


The Problem
Niki’s website wasn’t attracting the clients she wanted. The residential projects she was after required a minimum $100,000 investment. The commercial contracts she was pursuing were competitive and high-stakes. Neither audience was going to be convinced by a DIY site that didn’t reflect her actual body of work or position her as the established, award-recognized designer she already was. The brand and website had simply stopped doing their job.
The Surefire Strategy:
Niki’s two audiences needed different things from the same website. Residential clients buying a fully custom home build from the ground up are making a deeply personal, high-investment decision. Commercial and multifamily clients are evaluating expertise in space planning, cohesion across shared spaces, and the ability to execute at scale. We built dedicated service pages for each audience so the messaging could speak directly to what each one actually cares about.
Price conditioning was built into the site at every level. The visual identity, the copy, the portfolio presentation… all of it was designed to signal luxury and expertise before a prospect ever reached a contact form.
The portfolio was designed as a series of mini case studies rather than a standard image gallery. Most interior design portfolios show beautiful photos and stop there. Niki’s portfolio tells the story of each project — the scope, the challenges, the decisions made because that depth of detail is what earns trust with the high-end clients she’s after. We built out eight project case studies to bring that to life.
Niki has been featured in many publications and has received a lot industry recognition, so it was important to showcase that credibility all throughout the website, rather than hide it in the About page. It builds trust, authority, and credibility instantly.

Results
Niki launched with a website that finally reflects where her business actually is, not where it was in 2021. The brand reads luxury, established, and intentional across every page. Now when she shares her URL, she knows she is putting her best foot forward with her ideal clients.
