Overview
Russ had been building his business the hard way: DIYing everything, piece by piece, for years. The expertise was there. The offers were there. The website just wasn’t doing any of it justice. We rebuilt everything from the ground up: a full rebrand, an 18-page website with mapped user journeys, a resource library, and a complete rollout across every touchpoint. The result was a brand and website that finally matched his unique background and student-first experience.

The Problem
Years of DIY had left Russ with a website that reflected how the business was built, in fragments. The design was inconsistent, the user journey was muddled, and visitors had no clear path to figure out what they needed or where to go. Making it harder, Russ has multiple offers serving people at very different stages, but the site treated everyone the same. His unique differentiators were buried, his course sales pages were non-existent, and his endless resources and content made navigating his business confusing for the user.
The Surefire Strategy:
Before anything was designed, we audited everything Russ had already built: his website, blog, newsletter, YouTube channel, and communities. The goal was to distill what was actually serving his audience and organize it in a way that made sense.
The biggest structural challenge was that his audience arrives at very different stages. Some are browsing, some are gathering information, others are ready to invest. We solved this with a clear self-selection moment on the homepage and offer pages written so visitors could immediately identify whether a course was right for them. A mega menu organized into three categories (Courses, Resources, and Communities) kept a large site navigable without feeling chaotic. His existing YouTube content was pulled into the Resource Library to build trust and authority without adding extra work on his end.
The brand needed to reflect Russ: his story, his background, his personality, without skewing too corporate or too military. Bold, approachable, and specific to him.

Results
Russ launched with a rebrand he was proud of and a website that finally held all of his offers together in a way that made sense. Within 2 weeks of launching, he has gotten more newsletter subscribers due to having all of his free lead generation resources in one place, and a more cohesive, conversion-driven site.

In THEIR WORdS—
In my field of Risk Management, we have a thing called “Unknown Knowns”… sounds weird, but these are areas of risk to your objectives that you don’t know are out there, but someone else does know about them and how to define and possibly solve them.
To solve and find these risks, we need to bring in Subject Matter Experts. And that is exactly what Andie was for me, my company, my brand, and my website. She is a Subject Matter Expert and she exposed the risks that I had no idea were sitting out there. From the first interaction with her, she was professional, she was direct, and she showed her worth for solving these unknown knowns that she had quickly turned into known risks around what I was trying to provide.
In the end, I got a full rebrand, a website I am proud of, and most importantly, a cohesion around my branding, messaging, and my vision for the future.
I can’t recommend Andie enough! If you have questions, send her a message, get moving on your brands future!
